Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 14 days, this excludes any outdoor power equipment, which contains fuel or any clearance items.

Please contact us for return authorisation.

Items must be returned within 14 days and a receipt must be provided. No receipt, No refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless an error occurred on our part, in the shipment of your order.

All products are new and are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty. Faulty products may be returned for repair or replacement. If we are unable to repair or replace the faulty product we will offer a full refund. Please note - The return postage charge will be reimbursed on products deemed to be faulty.

Payments can be made via cash, debit card, MasterCard or Visa at time of collection from our store.
